To add to our craziness of life, we decided last week that we were moving. But that wasn't enough craziness, we had to move within the next 72 hours!!
We found a cute little house to rent on 3rd North and 5th West, and we jumped on it so we didn't have to pay for another month of rent at our old place! We were living in The Springs, a government subsidized community with a ridiculously long waiting list, and we felt very strongly that another little family needed that place more than we did.
However, with all of the crazy quickness that was involved, I was forced to work almost 20 hours that weekend, and therefore was no big help. Here are some things I've learned from that:
1) It is ten times worse moving when you have to quit halfway through.
2) You will never have enough trucks.
3) Your mom is your best moving buddy.
4) Do NOT move three days later. The stress is unbelievable.
But things are better, we're all settled in and ready for visitors!
