"Yee."
"Yee" is the sigh you make when you get a minute to catch your breath.
"Yee" is when you realize that everything you want to get done in the day simply isn't going to.
"Yee" is the victorious cry when you complete something, but is then followed by another "yee" in discovering a new task behind.
Pretty much, "yee" sums up life at the Cutler house.
Not to complain, things are just good and busy for us right now. We are very much looking forward to December, when we can get a minute to catch our breath and enjoy being newlyweds again. For the moment, newlywedom has to be put on the back burner. (So it goes.)
The sources of our "yees"
-We went in and bought some things for our home that were needed (i.e. couch slipcover, bed duvet cover, etc). That made us feel leaps and bounds better.
-Cam is changing his major from Biology to Public Relations, and I'm returning to my first love, English. Both of our prognoses predict completion in 30 months.
-We already have to register for spring classes.
-I am beginning a new job at American Eagle (the mother ship has called me home!). Come in and see me- I'll help you with your Christmas shopping!
-We've nearly made it through a first wonderful whirlwind month of marriage.
And... we got our
wedding pictures back! I will sing praises to Bodie Brower, our photographer, for the rest of my life!
Broke down and ordered a new trial pair of contacts, so I can see! One day (hopefully soon) I'm going to find that year's supply of contacts and it'll be like Christmas!!
